Council Services

 

Hello NYJCians! The student council is happy to announce that it is providing the following services:​

1.     Poster Board Rental

• An exciting way to publicise information and details about a concert, event, etc. to the rest of the student body.

• Poster boards are available to be put up around the college.

 

2.     Announcement Board Rental

• Located at the revamped C^2 Point, a prime location in our campus that will allow your announcement to be read by the entire student body.

 

3.     Form Drop Point Rental

• Also located at the C^2 Point it is there for all your form submission needs as it is located at a prime location in our college.

• Confidential submission as a key is required to open the form drop box.

• Great for an event, competition, etc. that requires form submission with confidential information.​

 

4.      Stories of NY

•  A platform for students to share inspiring stories about their peers, teachers, and non-teaching staff. (Similar to the Facebook page: Humans of New York)

• It will be posted on the 39 SC Instagram account.

• Firstly, take a picture of your friends, teacher, or non-teaching staff you would like to feature.

• Secondly, type out the caption that you want.

• Lastly, fill in the form at https://goo.gl/BJDQQ1 which can be found at our student council Instagram bio or you can also send the photo and caption through Instagram Direct Message to @nyjcsc.

If you are interested in any of the services listed above, please download and print the respective form. Alternatively, you can seek out members of the 39th Student Council for a hard-copy version of the form.

 

After completing the form, please submit it along with any relevant materials (E.g poster(s) to be put up, label of form drop box) to any member of the Student Council at the Student Council room (#02-22, Opposite the General Office).
